Throughout her career, Lynette Zeeng has amassed a diverse portfolio of commercial and fine art photography. Beginning in the late nineties, Lynette mastered the polaroid transfer technique before moving on to other alternative processes such as the daguerreotype and cyanotype. She now specialises in the gamut of alternative photographic processes, running workshops both locally and internationally.
Adding to her specialisation, Lynette has a Ph.D. in historical studies, her topic: the instant image: a critical and creative exploration of the one-off photographic image. Her thesis was an historical inquiry into alternative processing since the emergence of photography as science and art form.
An accomplished lecturer in photography, Lynette continues to lecture at Melbourne's Swinburne University. She lives in Melbourne, Australia with her partner Peter and their spoodle, Bindy.
